Company History
Devonshire Holdings, Inc. was founded in 1989 by William T. Nolan to provide foreign and domestic Enterprises with corporate financial advisory services.

Each of our Principals and Managing Directors has been either CEO or CFO of operating companies or has held senior management positions. Hendrik J. Laverge joined Devonshire Holdings in 1991 as an investor and Chairman of the Board. Thomas C. Arata and T. H. Tsiang have joined as Managing Directors. Bernard Baisier, Albert A. Pope, Andres Gonzalez-Clavelli, Reuven Battat, Bernard L. Charbonnet, Jr., Juergen Habermeier, Peter Grundling Yong Zeng and Edward A. Runci, Jr. have joined as Strategic Advisors to broaden Devonshire Holdings' areas of expertise and experience.

With the aid of these and other specialists, we are prepared to handle difficult domestic and international business challenges for our clients. Since its inception, Devonshire Holdings and its associates have acted as advisors on and completed business transactions ranging in size from $1,000,000 to $1,000,000,000 in Asia, Europe and North America.
