Bernard L.Charbonnet, Jr. - Strategic Advisor

Bernard Charbonnet, a native of New Orleans, is the President of Charbonnet & Associates, Planners and Consultants, Inc., as well as having his own law firm and serving on the adjunct faculty of Southern University Law Center. Mr. Charbonnet served as Chairman of the Dock Board from December 2003 to August 2004 and served as general counsel for the New Orleans Aviation Board, which oversees Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport.

Mr. Charbonnet has extensive experience in the area of personal injury litigation, civil litigation, construction and aviation related matters. His expertise in construction law has been widely recognized.

Education: Mr. Charbonnet earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of New Orleans and a Juris Doctorate from Southern University Law School.
