Bernard L. Baisier - Managing Director

Mr. Baisier has been involved with project planning and execution in the United States, Central/South America, the Caribbean and the Middle East. He has successfully managed and completed projects involving offshore platforms, marine loading systems, shipyard fabrication, manufacturing facilities, warehouses, cold storage facilities, terminal rail systems, ship docks and quays, ship mooring, bulk terminals, intermodal-transshipment facilities, utility projects and barge/ship/rail/truck loading and unloading systems in export/import facilities. He has worked for Cooper/T. Smith Stevedoring as manager of capital expenditures. He is a graduate of LSU in New Orleans and completed graduate studies in contract administration, traffic and logistics management and export/import law at the University of Chicago and Tulane University.
